Returns & Exchanges
At Foldrs, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, durable foldable bike crates that meet the needs of everyday riders. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you expected, and we’re here to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.
100-Day Return Policy
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return, even if you’ve used the crate. We want you to try it out without pressure.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The product must be complete and in its original condition

All parts and accessories must be included
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email our support team at info@foldrs.nl with your order number and a brief explanation of your return request or feedback.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or a shipping error.

Once you contact us, we’ll email you a shipping cost for approval. After you approve, you’ll receive a link to register your return.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and approved.
Please note: Customs delays are out of our control and are not considered valid grounds for return.
Items Arrived Damaged or Incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or as the wrong color or model, we’ll cover return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund (minus the agreed return shipping) will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
Exchanges
Want to swap your crate for a different color or variant?

We’ll send you the shipping invoice and any price difference

Once payment is received, you’ll get a link to register your return (choose 'Exchange')

After inspection, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder your preferred item
Return Denial
Foldrs reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these policy guidelines. Returns made outside the return window or sent to an incorrect address cannot be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Contact us at info@foldrs.nl to request cancellation.
